Before you start:

There are things you have to know before you start.

1. It's NOT EASY to lose weight. It's hard work.
2. You need motivation.
3. It took more than a day to put the weight on, It'll take more than a day to take it off.
4. EAT. Not eating will not help you lose weight. It puts your body into starvation mode and also slows your metabolism. When your body thinks it's starving, any food you intake will be stored as a fat right away.
5. You WILL hit weight loss plateaus. What's a Plateau? It's when you're eating right and exercising yet, your weight loss comes to a complete stop.
6. The key is to never give up.
