Avoid this,beware of that, & eat this.

Things I avoid:
Avoid all drinks except water.
Avoid ALL fast food.
Avoid greasy foods.
Avoid fried foods.
Avoid white bread.
Avoid alcohol.
Avoid condiments.

































Beware of:
Dining in to eat. Plan ahead of time! If you're going out to eat with friends, look online and search for the calories in the food at the place your going. Most of the time restaurants have this list on their website. Find the healthiest option and remember to order a water with your meal!

Servings. Read the back of those boxes and cans. If it's not a healthy, try your best to only eat ONE serving of it. Also keep in mind that if something says (100 calories per serving; 8 servings) If you eat the whole thing, that's 800 calories.

 

Sugar & Salt. It's in almost everything, and it's hard to completely avoid them. But try to cut down as much as possible. This means no candy, no ice cream, and no boiled peanuts. If you must have chocolate, Go for dark chocolate and only eat one serving per day.

DO eat:
Fish.
Baked or boiled chicken.
Greek yogurt.
Special K cereal.
Light soy milk (80 cal per cup) instead of whole milk (150cal per cup)
Boca Veggie burger (70 cal per patty) instead of ground meat burger (213 cal per patty)
